Tribal Law  

Tribal Law refers primarily to that body of law dealing with the status of the Indian tribes and their special relationship to the federal government. It is concerned with the treaties, statutes, executive orders, court decisions, and administrative action defining the relationship among the United States, Indian tribes and individuals, and the states.
