Media Law covers those laws dealing with systems of mass communication. Media law includes the following topics: (1) libel, (2) invasion of privacy, (3) compelled disclosure of the identity of sources and other information, (4) access to judicaial proceedings and other governmental institutions, (5) prior restraints, (6) antitrust concerns of the media, (7) commercial speedch and advertising, and (8) the regulation of broadcasting.
