About

Labor law is the body of law applied to such matters as employment, remuneration, conditions of work, trade unions, and labor-management relations. Laws regarding trade unions and labor-management relations include the legal status of trade unions, the rights and obligations of worker's and employers' organizations, collective bargaining agreements, and rules for settling disputes, strikes, and lockouts.
