About
Employment discrimination law focuses on discrimination in the work place based on an individual's membership in a particular class: race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, religion, age and disability. Because employment discrimination law regulates discrimination based on classifications traditionally deemed invidious by public employers who are subject to the constitution, employment discrimination builds upon and brushes against constitutional law.
