Introduction

This guide gives access to materials related to Contracts I & II topics.

Contracts I topics include offer and acceptance, consideration, contracts enforceable without consideration, defenses to enforcement of contracts, terms of contracts and their interpretation, performance and breach of contracts, remedies for breach, third-party beneficiaries, and assignments.

Contracts II topics include the domestic sale of goods as governed by Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, other significant statutory regimes governing the sale of goods such as the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state consumer rights statutes, statutory regimes regulating e-commerce such as the ESIGN Act, and the international sale of goods as governed by the United Nation Covenant on the International Sale of Goods.

Copying/printing
Copying and printing are available at the 2nd and 3rd floor MFDs (multi-function devices).  KU-affiliates will pay via their KU ID accounts; persons not affiliated with KU will need to purchase a printing/copying login at the Circulation Desk.
