Constitutional law is the body of law deriving from the U.S. Constitution and dealing primarily with governmental powers, civil rights, and civil liberties.

The United States Constitution may be found in the initial volumes of the United States Code, United States Code Annotated and the United States Code Service. The last two of these are annotated with summaries of related court decisions.
